Claw technology:

• Double claw system for ultra fast workpiece changeovers
• Claw diameter of 0 to 60 mm, centric clamping
• Pick and place thanks to claw arm rotation
• Maximum workpiece weight per claw: 5kg
• Driven and positioned by SIEMENS motors including absolute encoder

Benefits of this system:

• No energy chain and sensors required in "dirty" areas

Electric system:

• Positioning axes realised by SINAMICS servomotors
• All "Part present" sensors can be omitted since this function is replaced by several monitoring types and control   parameters
• Interface towards the machine tool via Profibus DP (DP/DP coupler in the machine tool).
