The efficiency of the entire machinery is optimised to its very limits by fully autonomous tool provision, as well as workpiece loading and unloading cycles, while only a small degree of manpower is required for control.
Stacking cells from ads-tec not only offer a part supply across several workpiece carriers, without any switchover times, but also provide you with the convenience of a large buffer for the best possible process autonomy.
Speedload
The "Speedload" claw technology for ultra fast changeovers developed by ads-tec is used where extremely short workpiece changeover times are required. This system allows changeovers within 3 seconds by simultaneously changing over both the blanks as well as the finished parts.
The entire kinematics was optimised by reducing the mass movements to a minimum, in order to achieve the fastest possible changeover times.
There are no longer sensors present in the claw area. By using a servo technology, the Speedload system itself recognises what is to be done. Despite this, we still know where the tool was picked up, if it was dropped and if the claw has reached its end stops.

The combination of stacking cell and Speedload results in a noticeable added value of the combined systems - fastest possible part changeovers without any delays by the automatic loading systems and with the option to work autonomously for several hours with any number of machines (limited to the maximum number of processing centres that can be connected in line).
