Plants are simulated in the design stages by using computer simulations. This allows us management of complex processes in their early stages and avoidance of planning errors.

In cooperation with our customers, we create comprehensive analyses prior to starting the implementation planning. In this process, we describe the task in detail and define the basic conditions. Then, the plant is optimised in its planning stages by using computer simulations – planning errors, bottlenecks, as well as logistic, cycle time and speed issues are recognised. In this way, we manage complex processes in the early stages and avoid expensive planning errors.
